Blaster jacket

I just bought a Joe Rocket red/black Blaster jacket and that thing is nice.  I wore that and a t-shirt in 60 degree weather and was very comfortable.  The color is very bright and it has vents you can unzip when the temperature gets warmer.  It set me back $300, but if anyone is looking for a jacket for winter riding, take a look at this one.  I got mine at the dealer, but I've seen them online as well.

You're gonna be really pissed when I tell you that Ridegear has them for $195 on sale right now.  Red/Black Blasters,   I was pissed because I paid $250 for mine.

I tried it on in the store and it felt nice but I opted to order the Speedmaster jacket and pants instead. The biggest difference I could see in the two were the hard padding on the inside and outside of of the speedmaster and the hump the speedmaster has vs. the soft padding that the blaster has. I got the Speedmaster jacket and pants for $671.

I ended up finding a 2001 Speedmaster for lik $185. I know it's two years old, but it was brand new. Can't beat that.

Was the leather messed up and cracked or was it still in good shape?

Still brand spankin new. It was a little dusty but I can live with that. It was sitting there for 2 years and no one bought it, so they put it on sale, like 60% off msrp. What really torqued the salesman was when I dropped a 15% off coupon on top of it.
