was just reading the first information by frettless and i'm confused (i take it the settings there arnt for an 03 bike)

I have a question -

What is the standard suspension settings for my 2003 rr??

I don't know if my suspension was standard or not however I have just been fiddling about and, the top of the suspension i gave it 4 half turns - bottom of front forks, i left alone and changed the back suspension by one turn (question is only about the front forks set up btw)

so...    the front of the bike felt obviously hard at the top of the forks but really //fat and lazy// at the wheel, so at the bottom of the front forks i gave it 2 half turns and OMG

the bike flicked like nothing else, infact it was at the point of very bad unstability (for me)

so...            i kept the top of the suspension with 4 half turn from what it was at and at the bottom i only turned it 1 half turn harder insted of 2 i tightened my chain aswell and...

JESUS it's a completely DIFFERENT BIKE NOW. So nice to drive, not too quick or slow at turning into a corner whoohoo. but serisously what on earth are the origanal suspension set ups for the botton and the top of my front forks 03 rr?? anyone??
