Not much of a review but I love the way this thing looks and how it's a all 3 in 1--Copier/Scanner/Printer

I needed a printer just to get ready for school, so I decided on this one.  I also love the fact that I can print out pics from my digital camera just by plugging it directly into the printer.  Ink replacement (blk/color combo) costs about $50 plus.

I really hope this printer lasts for a very long, long time.

fwiw, one of our teachers got one of these and it seems to work great.  as far as longevity, i would expect several years of pain-free service... :thumb:

in google, type the printer name hp psc 1315 and see what other reviews come up... read a few. i did that when looking for a printer and found that the psc 12** something or other was good for what i was going to do.  I always say you can't go wrong with HP.

Not bad Nem.  I got the HP PSC 2410x last year.  Only real differences are that it's also a fax machine and I can put several different types of camera memory cards for photo downloading.  Only beef I have with it is that it'll cut off parts of certain website pages I print.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I was looking for a fax combo, too; but since I already have a fax machine (free...woo, woo) I did without.

If you don't need color, get the dell 1600n multifunction.
It's a laser, so the toner is good for like 5000 pages, copies, faxes, scans, all that good stuff, has a built in nic as well.

I'm do computer consulting for a living and have been recommending this dell over the hp laser all in one.
The hp jams every 500 pages or so, the dell has been flawless.
It's the one that I personally use at the office.

This is the only dell printer that I have ever recommended.
I'm usually into hp printer's except for the multifunction.

just my 2 cents.

I just ordered another Dell computer and this one comes with a free color printer.  I'll most likely sell this printer or just store it some where just in case this printer acts up. :thumb:
