05 600RR Chrome - Yoshimura Exhaust Silver/Black
« on: April 27, 2005, 12:22:47 AM »
My Double R.

Mods:
Chrome everything except chassi... (Roters, Shifter Rod, Swing arm etc..)
Yoshimura Full Exhaust
Hyper-white bulbs and blue bulb for center light
Power Commander
Pilot Pro 180 Rubbers

I also removed the heat shield to better fit the Yoshi pipes.  Next mod will be to relocate the rear brake fluid container and line to under the plastics to better clean up the image.

Wow, that is very tastefully done! I usually don't like chrome, but that looks great!

Chrome's stupid, other then that it looks ok...  :jerkoff:

I hate chrome too, but whatever floats your boat.  Good luck keeping those wheels clean.

Looks pretty.  Now spend some $$$ on some stainless steel brake lines.  They look better than the stock rubber ones whle improving the braking performance, which you'll need since you added weight to the bike.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Sorry to say I really believe chrome is only supposed to be on hot rods not motorcycles. So when are you extending teh swingarm and lowering the suspension you are half way there with teh chrome now. Sorry just think Chrome on a sportbike is damn useless and a waste of time and money if you want a harley buy a harley and don't try to make your Honda look like one.

Anyways, have fun keeping it clean. ;D

Wowzer!  That looks amazing!  That's actually my favorite 05 color, and the chrome is a nice touch.  I like it! :thumb:

Bike looks great but I still believe its a waste of time and money.  Then again its not my bike, time or money so I think it loos sharp.  Nicely done.
Bring on the squids, I need part for my bike.
