It would be a complete nightmare to have my entire family tree living next door to me. I think those guest houses is for his harem of gilrfriends that stays over.

That's not all his you m00fs.  His house is the white and gray house, top of the pic.  Driven by there a few times a long time ago, and on the gate's it has his # on it.
