check your fuses and make sure you have the leads on correctly.. i know it sounds stupid and might think im pokin at ya but its just part of the check list. dont give up you;ll get it
That is something I will do tomorrow
well, if the front end is off, the BAS sensor won't let the fuel pump kick on     :spank:
and if you put the BAS sensor on upside down, same thing, no fuel....

did it crank at all? please go into a little more detail on "nothing".
That is just it, the front is all of to include the speedometer.
All I really did was put in the battery, connect the ignition cylinder and try to turn it on. So by NOTHING I mean nothing happened. No sounds, no fuel pump engaging, etc.
Tomorrow I will re-assemble the bike a bit more.
How do I know if the BAS is right side up or upside down when I connect it?
Sorry totally forgot to get you the code for my key..glad to hear it all worked out for you though.
No Worries……….
The key code has letters and numbers :D

I got it man thanks.
For this bike it actually has numbers and letters.

I don't remember who said it, but the key code is NOT in the gas cap, or at least I can't find it now that I have it off.

Seems like this bike is pretty electronically complex.

Any tips on how I should but it back together? What order? Any electrical stuff I should be aware of like this BAS stuff?

If you don't have the service manual, get one - you can find them free to download, if you know where to look...
I've had mine (well... all 4 of them) striped down to the frame more than once.  They're really pretty straight forward, just take your time and double check everything.  As far as electrical goes, just make sure everythings plugged in, and to the correct connectors.

Got the bike running.

Now it is time to get the rear wheel, a sub frame, I will get one of those cheap Chinese Repsol design stuff, rearsets, and it should be track ready. I will need a bit more to get it road ready.
Both are my goals.

Pictures to follow

I need a rear wheel, they are going for $200 or so on e-Bay.
Does any one have one for sale? Or know where I can get one for less?

I just happen to have a rear rim sitting in my garage. It's red though and not black.
