I like online gaming, but I don't like all the hackers/glitchers/modders. When Halo 3 was going strong online still, I was playing like crazy, then everyone started glitching/modding and I haven't played much sense. I'm not the best at online games, but I'm not horrible, but one thing I can't stand is someone that has to cheat. It takes all the enjoyment away from everyone else. Just goes to show the selfish people out there... The best time for playing a game online now is the first 4-6 months of its' release. Everyone is still new, and though some people will figure out how to cheat, everyone isn't doing it yet like in MW2 all the no scopers with sniper rifles mowing you down, then every time you spawn there seems to be a Helo, or air strike to take you out again instantly for 3-4 minutes of the match.

Yup, this is exactly why I don't play PvP games. They just can't seem to make them a fair contest.
We will be playing Star Wars: The Old Republic in December, it's getting released right before the holidays on the 20th. We have our guild setup (it's only friends, no outsiders), our voice server is up, and we've all got our pre-orders setup. So we're just waiting for release. MMO's are good for online play because they are hard to hack or mod since they run off a server controlled by the company. Makes things a little more fair.
