Now that I have my bike, I want/need to pick up a few things and wanted some input on what I have in mind. I'm trying to figure out on my own which exhaust system I like, but I think I'm set on getting something that is CF? unless its better to go with a different composition?

Woodcraft Sliders
Woodcraft Swingarm Spools or Spool+Sliders

Looking for decent easy to install flush mounts. Prefer something LED or smoked?

Yeah..I like the fact that it doesn't get as hot either.

Also, what company/brand is good for new wind screen? Puig?

Patrick or Amber

Congrats on getting a bike again.... finially   :P
For teh screen - I perfer the Zero Gravity Corsa style - functions like a double bubble but not as ugly as one.  But if you want I have a Lochart Phillips clear double bubble, never used (except to mark and drill hole on a set race bodywork) I'd sell really cheap.

For the exhaust - FTW - titanium... everyones' got Carbon now days...

I hate the way Yoshi's sound. Too damn raspy unless they have improved recently. I'll check out some videos tonight when I get a chance..

I commute with the bike so heat gets to be an issue. That's why I'm looking for CF. Plus I think it'll just go with the bike much better since I picked up a black one this time.

Not sure if I really need a full system since I don't plan on getting a PC for a while..again, I commute and like the gas mileage I get out of it for now..

Thanks Jason.

I'm looking for a "smoke" or "blacked out" windscreen.

Also, I checked on their website and it seems as if their pricing is a bit higher than many other places..do they give better pricing for forum members?

lol thanks Loren. I saw the track day coming up next weekend and wanted to go but I booked my NY trip a long time ago and will be in NY next weekend. Plus I haven't had a chance to go get fitted for my suit yet..but I will be tracking soon enough  :thumb:

I guess after doing all my mods I need to either find someone to go with who has a truck/trailer or I need to invest in a cheap beater truck to transport the bike..that way when you come back to California and start riding again, we won't have to worry about finding a means to get the bikes and gear to the track  ???

I think I like the Akrapovic the best but what is the difference between EC Type Approval? and Open Exhaust?
