It's a Sad Day... We lost one of the genuinely talented up and coming racers today at Indy...

Sad day indeed. I was lucky enough to meet Peter a few times at USGPRU events and once at the California Superbike School. He was always a quiet, nice, and fast kid and I knew we'd see his name on the world circuit someday. I always admired and looked up to him; figuratively of course, the first time I met him he was 11 and only came up to my chest.
My friend Kendrick Kirk of MotoHD.net always got some great pictures of Peter at the track. I liked this one, and it's from T1 at Jennings, my home track:

From what I've heard from both via the net & from a local racer, Kaleb De Keyrel, who racing in the same race. Peter crashed during the warm-up lap and ended up in the race line in front of a large number of riders. Unfortunately he was hit by another racer.
Thoughts and prayers also go out to the rest of the USGPRU Paddock and Zayat family as well...
