WERA Cycle Jam at VIR

Got one 5th place finish and a 9th and 10th at the Cycle Jam this past weekend. Got down to a 1:40.2, which is still slow but not bad for my first time there.

It was quite nice to see Ben Bostrom, Josh Hayes, Melissa Paris, Bobby Fong, John Hopkins, Elena Myers, Taylor Knapp, Geoff May, Dane Westby, Chris Clark and several other AMA guys doing a WERA event. They were getting in their practice for next weekend. I pitted next to the Wyman brothers as well, very nice family.

On a sad note, their was a death in the F2 race though on Saturday. RIP Rob.
