he is fine but man those pictures are awesome.   i talked to him this morning and apparently the rearset broke off in mid turn and there he went.  the bolt holes in the frame are striped out as well.  very weeird but he can tell the story

Well I switch over from Vortex rearsets to Woodcraft rearsets. The Woodcraft have a spacer that goes behind the rearset for exhaust clearance. Well apparently the bolts I used to hold the rearset on the bike were too short and I didn't have enough threads into the frame. So whenever I was coming out of a right hander the rearset broke off. It stripped the bolts out of the frame and there I went. I thought I was done wrecking, apparently my bike didn't get the memo.

I'm just going to put a bolt's all the way through the frame and put a nut on them. I don't trust a helicoil with my body weight on it.
