Hey man, the legal system always sucks (I just had a court case where a woman had her fine dropped to $15...and was given 6 months to pay) lol

Ok. You have a pm. And the consultation and everything doesn't cost anything. Most PI Lawyers won't charge anything until a settlement is reached. Basically you get 1/3 of the settlement. The lawyer gets 1/3 of the settlement. and the Doctors get 1/3 of the settlement. He will explain everything very cut and dry for you and he offers to do everything via phone, email, fax, etc so you don't have to visit his office. I personally don't like dealing with people like that and met him face to face in his office. I talked to him last week and he was out of town but said he'd be back this week. If you can't reach him at his office let me know and I'll shoot you his cell number.
