Got in my new race bike yesterday, a 1996 Honda RS125. It's going to be a new class, a lot of learning, and a heck of a lot of wrench turning, but I'm looking forward to a great season on this little guy. My 600RR race bike has been sold and is just waiting for a ride to the great frozen north at the end of the week. Not to worry though fellas, I've still got the 600RR street bike sitting the garage too.
I can't believe how tiny it is! It weighs about 160lbs. Myself and a friend can pick the whole bike up and hold it a few feet off the ground with basically no effort. Luckily, I'm light enough to ride it and I'm only 5'9" so I can fit in the bubble. This thing makes riding the 600 seem like sitting on a La-Z-Boy.
First, the new RS125 needs some paint and stickers to make it go faster. I'll continue posting pics in this thread as I get it presentable.
