Hi welcome. I trust you have done the questionnaire. Maybe you could think of the gearing, dropping a tooth in the rear generally highers top end at a sacrifice of accell, like wise would adding a tooth on the front. As for midrange goes a Power commander and some dyno time with an engineer might be able to play with the fuelling a bit. I have an 03 RR as well and if you want top end mate might be better investing in a Blade.

Serious question - Why do you want more top speed?
Mid range I understand, and honestly you're not going to get it with an I-4...

If you get the most aerodynamic flip-flops, combine them with the lightest shorts you can find, and a very form fitting tank top, then top it off with the coolest shades, you should be able to hit 200 no problem.

+1 Deadly.... yeah, why would you want to max out top speed?  you can't open it up anywhere on the open roads enough to hit it.
No....you aren't seeing things, that was me blasting past you

weight savings will increase top speed.  Take off your master, rotors, brake lines, levers, battery, clutch cover, rear sets, etc.
