Yep - not really that hard to break into the fuel lock - as said below You can drill it out, break it out or pull the pump from the bottom side and using a long flatblade or similar release the latch.

To remove the ignition cylinder you have to remove the front faring (the whole face) so that you can have room to actually torque it. You need a Torx key size T30. The screws are in there tight as hell!! Have fun.......... key code is encraved on the cylinder on the "in board" side against the bike.
