2007 CBR600RR FI light flashing a code?

Can anyone tell me what the code is for the FI light flashing 1 long and 9 short?

No, that is the problem! The fuel pump runs and it turns over perfectly.

OK not for sure and I know some of the guys will let me know if I am wrong. 1 long blink = 10 blinks so you have a code 19. Ignition pulse generator, no signal. Loose or ppr contact on ignition pulse generator. open or short circuit in ignition pulse generator or faulty ignition pule generator. not for sure I am not a mechanic!!

I am not a mechanic, but out of my own curiosity, I looked it up in the service Manual.
Icon Skull is right that you have Ignition code 19. (1 long and 9 short)
which is related to your CKP (Crank shaft Position) Sensor.

Check for a loose connection to the CKP. IF that's ok, youre going to have to troubleshoot electrically to determine what's causing your problem
