Jeff I was lookin at the pics of your bike and it looks like a great paint job. Did you do it yourself? Or who did you take it to?

DIY, get a flexible primer, goto the bodyshop and they should be able to help you. then follow these instructions. it may require more time and material than you expect so be patient.
you can also get pro paint put into rattle cans for you. with reducer, hardener, etc. so you will get the durability with the low cost. practice on another bike part if you have one, or get your friends bike and practice on that.
