Dude needs to learn to shift.

Also, I could be wrong, but that cluster looks like a blackbird, not a Kawi.  It's been a while since I've ridden a 'bird, but I'm pretty sure.

Nope.  I've seen 130 and had plenty left to go, but had no idea that it still had 50+ to go.

That bike has great brakes, thats all Ive got to say.
Oh yea, except wow he was going fast.
But I agree with maskale, my cbr600rr would take him!
Cherry as in mint or as in cherry red. And if cherry red, wine cherry, wild cherry, black cherry, or mint cherry? Actually do you have some mint tires in minty green, or mint & chip?  ;D

ya I have'nt had mine top end yet, I hit 140, I just got it in june, so  I wanted to get to know the bike, as most of the bikes I have had thought the years were so different then  the RR, I did a lot of work on sport Bikes and owned a few older  styles like GPZ 750, H1, 600 Kat with a 750 top end, but the RR is SO LIGHT!!!, I spent most of the summer getting to know How it reacts in different situations. it is without a doubt the most fun I have ever had on a bike , but I respect Her and wanted to treat Her as such :spank:

Did some digging, the cluster is definitely a blackbird.

Our 600's couldn't ever hope to keep up with a blackbird in the straights.  The one time I rode one, I was at 160 and still accelerating pretty hard when I decided that I'd had enough.

Pretty much.

It was out near Palm Springs.  There are a bunch of really long, flat, straight roads that go by all the wind turbines.  There wasn't much wind that day.  At 160 with it still accelerating like mad, I decided I didn't have enough hair on my balls to be going that fast on public roads.  The Hayabusa is even more stupidfast.

And I've got a buddy who works at a shop that is busy putting a turbo on a ZX-14...for those times when nothing less than 300hp will do.

Exactly the reason I will more than likely never own anything more than a 600cc! I would just kill myself! I have always said that a 600 is more than enough for your average squid! Including myself!
