Standing by to get blasted for this one.....but....break it down for me....which is the preload, compression etc.  I am assuming the compression is on the top of the forks and the rebound at the bottom.....thanks.

preload is on the top of the fork you turn with a 22mm wrench I think, rebound turn with a flat screw on top of the preload and compressing also turn with a flat screw is located at the bottom under the caliper.

BTW, I'll summarize how my 05 was dialed in during my recent track day, post soon to follow.

OZ, whats your recommended setting for 2006 stock suspension for 245lbs (with gear on) rider; regular street and the occasional weekend twisties, thanks a lot!

i know it's soon, but there's still a couple weeks left 'till easter resurection....


anyway, if you are interested, there a few good (&more recent) threads with tips on suspension tunning.
