So in the PS2 release it will be called MotoGP 4 but when XBOX release it will be called MotoGP 3?  ???  Because the title said Xbox/PS2 MotoGP4

No, they're not, unless the company that came out with the Play Station MotoGP series is going to come out with one for the XBox...  But as of right now, the MotoGP series for the Xbox and the MotoGP Series for the PS are made by two completely different companies, which is why MotoGP for Xbox doesn't suck

i agree the x-box version will be much less suckier(?)  but the crashes are still kind of cheesey.  the best one was when one of the guys low sided and landed on his head and his bike took out like 4 more.  heh
